Account & Data Deletion
Users of the Hombi app may request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time. Upon receiving a deletion request, Hombi will permanently delete all user data within 90 days.
What data is deleted:
- Account information (name, email, phone number)
- Booking history and service records
- Payment information and transaction history
- Location data and addresses
- Profile photos and uploaded files
- Chat and communication history
- Device tokens and notification preferences
What data may be retained:
- Data required by law or regulatory obligations
- Anonymised and aggregated data that cannot identify you
