    Users of the Hombi app may request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time. Upon receiving a deletion request, Hombi will permanently delete all user data within 90 days.

    What data is deleted:

    • Account information (name, email, phone number)
    • Booking history and service records
    • Payment information and transaction history
    • Location data and addresses
    • Profile photos and uploaded files
    • Chat and communication history
    • Device tokens and notification preferences

    What data may be retained:

    How to request deletion:

    Users can request account and data deletion by:

    1. Going to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account in the app

    Processing time:

    All deletion requests will be processed within 90 days of the request being received. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
